Surface Athletic is deeply committed to producing swimwear to the highest, lasting standard. We strive to produce products that will stand by you and your active life.

Unfortunately, on rare occasions, manufacturing defects may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our support team at info@surfaceathletic.com and we will be able to organise a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Please note: Surface Athletic has a 12-month Warranty period from the receipt date. Warranty & Faulty goods claims do not cover wear & tear or improper care, storage, or washing. Warranties are non-transferable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Is one of our suits not fitting how you expected? It happens, we get that and have all been there! However, before jumping straight to an exchange or return check out our fit videos on our YouTube channel here. If it feels a little small to start they do stretch to your body over time.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges on items that are worn or are soiled/stained. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
