Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Within Canada, delivery usually takes a further 3–6 business days. International orders are fulfilled within about 2 business days and arrive in roughly 5–10, depending on the destination.

Yes. Free shipping applies on international orders over $250. Duties and taxes, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.

Local delivery is available in the Vancouver area, processed within 1–2 business days. Choose it at checkout if your address qualifies.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us.

If it has not shipped yet, usually. Contact us as quickly as you can with your order number. Once it is with the courier we cannot recall it.

You have 21 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused with tags attached, in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Once your request is approved we send you a return label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before requesting a return, as unannounced parcels cannot be accepted.

Not directly. The fastest route is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved, so your size is not sold out while the parcel is in transit.

Once the return arrives and has been inspected, refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Every piece is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage from improper care, storage or washing. Warranties are not transferable. Where a claim is approved the remedy is repair or replacement.

Contact us straight away with a photo and your order number. If a piece reaches you damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it.

No. High heat destroys the elastane that gives the fabric its recovery, so tumble drying, ironing and hot water are excluded. The care guide covers how to avoid it.
