How long does it take to receive a response?

What is your return policy?
You have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All pieces are backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by misuse.

Retail placement has been secured at Tality Wellness Mount Pleasant, with expansion planned across additional locations. For current availability, please contact us directly.
